Terms of Service

1. About Us

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Westclean Exteriors (ABN 98 909 219 093) (“Westclean”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Perth-based business offering gutter cleaning, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning across the Perth metropolitan area.

2. Quotes & Bookings

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes are based on the information you supply and may be revised on-site if conditions differ materially from what was disclosed. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing (including by SMS or email).

3. Access & Site Conditions

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on the agreed date and time. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and disclosing any known hazards (fragile tiles, asbestos, electrical risks, etc.). We reserve the right to decline or suspend work where conditions are unsafe.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is due on completion of the job unless other terms are agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a reasonable administrative fee.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a call-out fee to cover allocated labour.

6. Workmanship & Liability

We carry public liability insurance and take reasonable care with every job. Where practical, we will photograph our work for your records. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the price paid for the affected service.

Westclean is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage caused by deteriorated infrastructure (e.g. brittle tiles, rusted gutters, failing seals) that could not reasonably be identified before work began.

7. Photography

We may photograph completed work for record-keeping and marketing purposes. Photographs will not identify your address or personal details without your written permission. You may opt out by notifying us before the job begins.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
